rhemavā ("rhemavā", "we", "us") is a product of OAKKTREEUNII. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and the rhemavā interview application, why, and the choices you have. By using rhemavā you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

You give us

• Account & waitlist details — name, email, your target role, search stage, program affiliation and anything you add in the request-access form.
• Interview content — audio recordings of your practice sessions (your voice and the AI interviewer), transcripts, and your answers.

We collect automatically

• Usage & device data — session activity, scores and progress metrics, browser/device type, and basic log data needed to run and secure the service.
• Cookies — a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To run interviews, generate your scores, coaching narrative and progress dashboards.
• To manage access, send transactional emails (invites, password resets, service notices), and respond to you.
• To operate, secure, debug and improve the service.

How interviews are processed

To score and coach you, your answers and transcripts are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) and our speech components. Recordings are uploaded directly to encrypted cloud storage (Backblaze B2). We instruct our model providers to treat your content as data, not instructions, and we do not sell your content.

Retention & deletion

Recordings are kept for a short retention window (currently 7 days) and then deleted. Account and progress data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run rhemavā (e.g. hosting, storage, AI processing, email/CRM via GoHighLevel), or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We use measures including encrypted storage, hashed passwords, httpOnly cookies, rate limiting and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and limit what we collect.

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.

Children

rhemavā is intended for adults preparing for professional interviews and is not directed at children under 16.
