By using rhemavā, creating an account, joining the beta, submitting an access request, or using our interview features, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.
Where required, we will ask for your consent before collecting, using, or disclosing your personal information, including before recording interview sessions.
1. What rhemavā does
rhemavā is an AI-powered interview practice and coaching platform for project delivery professionals, including Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Program Managers, Delivery Leads, Execution Leads, Agile Coaches, and related roles.
The platform may allow users to complete voice-based mock interviews, receive AI-generated feedback, review transcripts, track performance patterns, measure improvement over time, and prepare for real-world interviews.
Because rhemavā uses voice, transcription, AI scoring, and coaching features, we may collect and process audio recordings, transcripts, answers, scores, coaching feedback, and usage data.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information.
Account and profile information
This may include:

- Email address
- Login credentials or authentication details
- Account status
- Beta invite status
- Role or target role
- Usage preferences
- Communication preferences
Waitlist, beta, and access request information
If you request access, join a waitlist, apply for beta access, or complete a form, we may collect:

3. Recording consent
rhemavā uses voice-based mock interview features.
Before starting a voice interview session, you may be asked to grant microphone access and consent to recording. When you start a recorded session, your voice and the AI interviewer’s voice may be recorded, transcribed, analyzed, scored, stored, and used to provide playback, feedback, coaching, progress tracking, and service improvement.
If you do not provide microphone permission or recording consent, you may not be able to use voice interview features.
You should not record or submit information that you do not have the right to provide.
4. How we use your information
We may use personal information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Provide access to the beta or platform
- Run voice-based mock interviews
- Record, transcribe, and analyze interview sessions
- Generate AI-based feedback, coaching, scores, summaries, and recommendations
- Track progress and improvement over time
- Personalize the interview experience
- Improve platform quality, reliability, scoring, and usability
- Provide customer support
- Send service, security, account, and transactional messages
- Send beta updates, product announcements, offers, or marketing messages where permitted

5. AI processing
rhemavā uses artificial intelligence and speech-processing technologies to support transcription, interview simulation, scoring, coaching, summaries, and feedback.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, delayed, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. AI feedback is provided for educational and practice purposes only.
Unless we clearly state otherwise, rhemavā does not make employment decisions, hiring decisions, promotion decisions, compensation decisions, or professional licensing decisions about users.
6. Model training and service improvement
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not permit third-party AI providers to use your interview recordings, transcripts, or answers to train their general-purpose AI models, unless you have been clearly informed and have provided any consent required by law.
We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information to improve rhemavā’s features, scoring, reliability, user experience, security, and coaching quality.
We may also use your own interview history, transcripts, scores, and usage data to personalize your experience and show your progress over time.
7. Information you should not submit
You are responsible for the information you provide to rhemavā.
Do not submit:
- Confidential employer information
- Client information
- Trade secrets
- Internal company documents
- Private information about coworkers, managers, clients, or candidates
- Government identification numbers
- Financial account details
- Health information
- Legal claims or privileged information
- Information you are not authorized to share
- Anything that violates an agreement, law, policy, or third-party right
If you discuss real workplace examples, you should remove names, confidential details, client data, and sensitive business information.
8. Cookies and tracking
