These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of rhemavā, including our website, beta program, AI interview practice tools, voice interview features, coaching outputs, paid plans, emails, forms, and related services.
rhemavā is operated by 12418011 Canada Inc., doing business as Oaktreeuni and/or rhemavā.
By accessing or using rhemavā, creating an account, joining the beta, starting an interview session, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use rhemavā.
1. What rhemavā provides
rhemavā is an AI-powered interview practice and coaching platform for project delivery professionals, including Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Program Managers, Delivery Leads, Execution Leads, Agile Coaches, and related roles.
The platform may provide:
- Voice-based mock interviews
- AI interviewer conversations
- Audio recording and playback
- Transcription
- Answer analysis
- STAR-format feedback
- Relevance scoring
- Communication coaching
- Filler-word, pace, and clarity analysis
- Improvement tracking
- Readiness indicators
- Practice recommendations
- Reports, dashboards, and progress metrics
rhemavā is designed for practice, education, self-improvement, and interview preparation. It does not guarantee employment or interview success.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use rhemavā.
By using rhemavā, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- The information you provide is accurate
- You will use rhemavā only for lawful purposes
- You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we believe you are not eligible or have violated these Terms.
3. Beta access
rhemavā may currently be offered as a beta, preview, early-access, invite-only, or testing product.
During beta:
- Features may be incomplete
- Features may change without notice
- Results may be inconsistent
- The platform may contain bugs or errors
- Access may be limited, suspended, or removed
- Usage limits may apply
- Data may be reset or migrated
- Certain features may be free temporarily
- Paid plans may be introduced later
Beta access does not guarantee future free access, permanent access, pricing, feature availability, data retention, or continued service.
We may end, expand, restrict, modify, or discontinue the beta at any time.
4. Accounts
You may need an account to use rhemavā.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Not share your account with others
- Not allow anyone else to use your account
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
- Be responsible for activity under your account
Each account is for one individual user unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You may not resell, rent, transfer, share, sublicense, or commercially exploit your account or access to rhemavā.
5. Voice recording, transcription, and consent
rhemavā may record your voice and the AI interviewer’s voice during mock interview sessions.
By starting a recorded interview session, you consent to the recording, transcription, analysis, scoring, storage, and processing of that session for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit anything you say, upload, type, or provide to rhemavā.
You must not record or submit confidential, unlawful, private, or third-party information that you do not have the right to provide.
6. AI-generated feedback
rhemavā uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate transcripts, summaries, scores, coaching feedback, recommendations, and other outputs.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, delayed, biased, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
Scores and readiness indicators are estimates for practice and coaching purposes only. They should not be treated as objective evaluations of your competence, employability, interview readiness, or professional potential.
You are responsible for reviewing all outputs and deciding how to use them.
7. No employment or career guarantee
rhemavā does not guarantee:
- Interviews
- Job offers
- Employment
- Promotions
- Salary increases
- Certification outcomes
- Immigration outcomes
- Career advancement
- Interview success
- Employer acceptance
- Recruiter responses
- Any specific professional result
Your success depends on many factors outside our control, including your experience, market conditions, employer decisions, communication skills, interview performance, resume quality, networking, timing, and role fit.
rhemavā provides practice, coaching, and educational support only.
8. Not professional advice
rhemavā does not provide legal, financial, immigration, employment, psychological, medical, recruiting, human resources, or professional career advice.
The platform is not a substitute for professional advice from qualified advisors.
You should use your own judgment before relying on any feedback, recommendation, score, transcript, or output.
9. Transcription and audio limitations
Transcripts may contain errors.
Audio quality, microphone quality, background noise, accents, speech pace, pronunciation, internet connection, browser compatibility, and technical issues may affect transcription, playback, scoring, and feedback accuracy.
You are responsible for using a compatible device, browser, microphone, internet connection, and quiet environment.
rhemavā may work best on specific browsers, devices, or operating systems. We do not guarantee that all features will work on all devices or browsers.
10. User content
“User Content” means anything you submit, say, upload, record, type, or provide through rhemavā, including:
- Interview answers
- Audio recordings
- Transcripts
- Written responses
- Profile information
- Uploaded materials
- Feedback
- Support messages
- Form responses
You own your User Content, subject to the rights you grant us in these Terms.
You grant rhemavā, Oaktreeuni, and 12418011 Canada Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transcribe, analyze, display, generate outputs from, and otherwise use your User Content as needed to:
- Provide the service
- Generate feedback and coaching
- Track your progress
- Maintain and secure the platform
- Troubleshoot issues
- Improve your user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
- Enforce these Terms
We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data to improve rhemavā’s features, scoring, reliability, and user experience.
11. Confidential and sensitive information
You must not submit:
- Confidential employer information
- Client information
- Trade secrets
- Private information about coworkers, managers, candidates, customers, or clients
- Internal company documents
- Proprietary business information
- Government identification numbers
- Financial account details
- Health information
- Legal claims or privileged information
- Information you do not have permission to share
- Content that violates any law, agreement, policy, or third-party right
If you discuss real workplace examples, you should remove names, company-sensitive details, client details, and confidential information.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you provide.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use rhemavā for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
- Violate any law, regulation, contract, policy, or third-party right
- Share account access
- Resell or sublicense the service
- Use rhemavā to build, train, or improve a competing product
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, scrape, or extract platform logic
- Attempt to discover prompts, system instructions, scoring logic, rubrics, or proprietary workflows
- Interfere with platform security or availability
- Upload malware, harmful code, or malicious content
- Overload, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform
- Misrepresent your identity
- Impersonate another person
- Submit content you do not have the right to provide
- Use rhemavā as an official hiring, employment, promotion, or assessment tool without our written permission
- Publicly share outputs in a misleading or defamatory way
- Use rhemavā to harass, discriminate, exploit, or harm others
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
13. Our intellectual property
rhemavā and its related technology, content, design, interface, software, interview flows, scoring logic, prompts, rubrics, coaching frameworks, dashboards, reports, training methods, product structure, branding, logos, trademarks, and materials are owned by us or our licensors.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, scrape, benchmark, reproduce, or use rhemavā’s intellectual property except as allowed by these Terms.
You may use rhemavā only for your own personal interview practice or another use we approve in writing.
14. Feedback and suggestions
If you provide ideas, suggestions, comments, reviews, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction, obligation, or compensation.
We may use feedback to improve, modify, market, or develop rhemavā or related products.
15. Beta confidentiality
During beta, rhemavā may include non-public features, screens, workflows, scoring methods, prompts, outputs, or product concepts.
Unless we give written permission, you agree not to publicly disclose, publish, copy, benchmark, reverse-engineer, or share non-public beta materials in a way that harms rhemavā or reveals proprietary product information.
This does not prevent you from giving honest personal feedback or discussing your general experience using the platform, as long as you do not disclose confidential or proprietary details.
16. Third-party services
rhemavā may rely on third-party providers for AI processing, speech processing, transcription, audio storage, hosting, authentication, analytics, email, CRM, payments, security, and other infrastructure.
We are not responsible for delays, errors, outages, data processing limitations, model limitations, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Your use of rhemavā may also be subject to third-party terms, privacy policies, or technical limitations.
17. Paid plans, subscriptions, and billing
rhemavā may offer free, beta, trial, subscription, one-time purchase, or paid plans.
When paid plans are available, pricing, plan limits, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and included features will be shown before purchase.
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, taxes, renewals, upgrades, add-ons, or other charges.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
- Subscriptions renew automatically
- You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge
- Fees are charged in advance
- Taxes may apply
- Failed payments may result in suspension or termination
- Plan features and limits may vary
- We may change pricing or plan features with notice where required
You are responsible for keeping billing and payment information accurate and current.
18. Trials, promotions, and beta pricing
We may offer free trials, discounted plans, beta pricing, promotional access, invite-only pricing, or limited-time offers.
We may modify or end trials, promotions, discounts, or beta pricing at any time unless otherwise stated in writing.
Trial or beta access does not guarantee future free access or discounted pricing.
19. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a paid subscription according to the cancellation process provided in your account, checkout page, or support instructions.
Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable.
We may, at our discretion, offer refunds, credits, or extensions, but doing so in one case does not require us to do so in another case.
Cancellation may stop future renewals but may not result in a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or stated at purchase.
20. Taxes
Fees may be exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, levies, or governmental charges associated with your purchase, except taxes based on our income.
21. Service availability
We do not guarantee that rhemavā will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely, or available at all times.
The service may be affected by maintenance, updates, outages, bugs, vendor issues, internet problems, browser limitations, security incidents, or other factors.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
22. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the platform
- You create security, legal, operational, or reputational risk
- You fail to pay applicable fees
- Your payment method fails
- You abuse beta access
- You attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary logic
- You submit unlawful or harmful content
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the service or beta program
You may stop using rhemavā at any time.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that should reasonably survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
23. Privacy
Your use of rhemavā is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information.
By using rhemavā, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
24. Subprocessors, Third-Party Providers, and Infrastructure Partners
rhemavā relies on third-party service providers, vendors, contractors, infrastructure providers, artificial intelligence providers, storage providers, analytics providers, customer communication tools, payment processors, and other technology partners to operate, secure, improve, and deliver the service.
For purposes of these Terms, these providers may be referred to as “Subprocessors,” “service providers,” “vendors,” or “third-party providers.”
By using rhemavā, you acknowledge and agree that we may use third-party providers to process, store, transmit, analyze, host, secure, or otherwise handle information, including User Content, account information, interview recordings, transcripts, scoring outputs, coaching outputs, usage data, technical data, billing data, and support communications, as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the service.
Categories of Subprocessors
rhemavā may use third-party providers in the following categories:
- Artificial intelligence providers
Used to generate interview questions, analyze answers, evaluate response quality, provide coaching feedback, produce summaries, identify patterns, assess STAR structure, and support interview-readiness scoring. - Speech-to-text and transcription providers
Used to convert interview audio into text transcripts, process spoken answers, improve session review, support scoring, and enable feedback generation. - Text-to-speech and voice providers
Used to generate or support AI interviewer voice, playback, simulated interview conversations, or other audio-based platform features. - Cloud hosting providers
Used to host the rhemavā application, backend services, databases, APIs, files, logs, and platform infrastructure. - Data storage providers
Used to store audio recordings, transcripts, files, backups, metadata, system logs, and other service-related information. - Authentication and security providers
Used to support account login, identity verification, fraud prevention, account protection, access control, security monitoring, and abuse prevention. - Email, CRM, and communication providers
Used to manage waitlists, beta invitations, onboarding messages, customer support, transactional emails, service notices, marketing emails, and user communications. - Analytics and product improvement providers
Used to understand product usage, diagnose errors, improve performance, evaluate feature adoption, measure reliability, and improve user experience. - Payment processors and billing providers
Used to process subscriptions, paid plans, invoices, refunds, taxes, payment failures, receipts, chargebacks, and billing-related communications. - Customer support and operations providers
Used to manage user inquiries, technical support, issue tracking, bug reports, feedback, and account-related requests. - Legal, accounting, compliance, and professional service providers
Used to meet tax, legal, accounting, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Information Processed by Subprocessors
Depending on the feature used, Subprocessors may process some or all of the following:
- Name
- Email address
- Account information
- Login or authentication information
- Device and browser information
- IP address
- Usage data
- Session metadata
- Interview audio recordings
- AI interviewer audio
- Interview transcripts
- Written answers
- Spoken answers
- Interview prompts
- AI-generated feedback
- Coaching outputs
- Scoring outputs
- Progress metrics
- Readiness indicators
- Support messages
- Waitlist or beta application information
- Billing and subscription information
- Payment status and transaction metadata
- Error logs
- Security logs
We do not intend for Subprocessors to process information beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, improve, or comply with obligations related to rhemavā.
User Acknowledgement of Vendor Processing
You acknowledge that rhemavā cannot operate without certain third-party providers.
For example, AI processing, transcription, cloud hosting, storage, authentication, communication, payment processing, and security monitoring may require information to be transmitted to or processed by third-party providers.
If you do not want your information processed by third-party providers, you should not use rhemavā.
No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not sell your interview recordings, transcripts, answers, coaching outputs, or account information to advertisers, recruiters, employers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
Third-Party AI Model Training
Unless we clearly state otherwise or obtain any consent required by applicable law, we do not permit third-party artificial intelligence providers to use your interview recordings, transcripts, answers, or User Content to train their general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
However, third-party providers may process User Content and related data as needed to provide the service, operate their systems, maintain safety and security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, and enforce their own terms.
Aggregated, De-Identified, or Anonymized Data
We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information to:
- Improve rhemavā’s scoring logic
- Improve coaching quality
- Improve transcription reliability
- Improve interview question quality
- Understand product usage
- Detect common readiness gaps
- Improve platform performance
- Develop benchmarks
- Improve user experience
- Build new features
- Support internal research and product development
This information is not intended to identify a specific user.
Changes to Subprocessors
rhemavā is an evolving service. We may add, remove, replace, or change Subprocessors from time to time.
We may update our Privacy Policy, Terms, help centre, in-app notices, or a separate Subprocessor list to reflect material changes to our Subprocessors.
Where required by applicable law or where we determine the change is material, we may provide notice by email, website notice, in-app notice, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of rhemavā after such notice means you accept the continued use of those Subprocessors.
Subprocessor Security and Contractual Controls
We take reasonable steps to select service providers that are appropriate for the nature of the services they provide.
Where appropriate, we may require service providers to agree to confidentiality, security, privacy, data protection, or processing obligations.
However, no third-party provider, cloud system, AI system, speech system, internet transmission, storage system, or security control can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Cross-Border Processing
Subprocessors may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other countries where they or their infrastructure providers operate.
You acknowledge that information processed outside your province, territory, state, or country may be subject to laws different from those in your jurisdiction, including lawful access by courts, regulators, law enforcement, or governmental authorities.
Third-Party Terms
Certain third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, technical limitations, service levels, usage limits, security practices, or data-retention rules.
We are not responsible for third-party terms, failures, downtime, limitations, errors, model behaviour, delays, data-processing restrictions, or security incidents except to the extent required by applicable law.
No Third-Party Beneficiary Rights
Except where expressly stated, nothing in these Terms creates rights for any third-party provider, vendor, Subprocessor, employer, recruiter, organization, or other third party.
25. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, Analytics, and Electronic Communications
rhemavā may use cookies, pixels, local storage, tracking technologies, analytics tools, browser-based identifiers, device identifiers, log files, and similar technologies to operate, secure, improve, personalize, market, and analyze the service.
For purposes of these Terms, “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” includes cookies, pixels, software development kits, local storage, session storage, browser fingerprints, device identifiers, tracking links, tags, scripts, beacons, analytics tools, and similar technologies.
Types of Cookies and Tracking Technologies We May Use
We may use the following categories:

These are required to operate the website or platform.

- Keep you signed in
- Authenticate your account
- Maintain session security

Analytics data may include device type, browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, buttons clicked, time spent, session events, error logs, referral source, and other usage signals.
4. Marketing and Advertising Technologies
We may use marketing or advertising technologies to:
- Measure marketing campaign performance
- Understand whether users came from an ad, social post, email, or referral
- Retarget visitors with rhemavā-related content
- Build audiences for advertising platforms
- Measure sign-ups, purchases, beta applications, or conversions
- Improve our marketing messages
These technologies may be provided by third-party advertising or analytics platforms.
If we use advertising pixels or similar tools, those third parties may collect or receive information about your browser, device, visits, interactions, or conversions, subject to their own policies.
5. Email Tracking Technologies

You are responsible for configuring your browser or device settings.
Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers may send “Do Not Track” or similar signals.
Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to such signals, rhemavā may not respond to all browser-based Do Not Track signals unless required by applicable law.
Marketing Emails and Commercial Electronic Messages
We may send service-related emails, including account notices, security alerts, beta invitations, password messages, billing notices, subscription updates, product changes, support responses, and other transactional communications.
Where permitted by law, we may also send commercial electronic messages, including product updates, beta updates, launch announcements, educational content, offers, promotions, paid-plan information, and marketing communications.
Where required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation or other applicable laws, commercial electronic messages will include:
- Identification of the sender
- Contact information
- An unsubscribe mechanism
- Any other information required by law
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send transactional, account, billing, legal, security, or service-related messages that are necessary to operate rhemavā or manage your account.
Consent to Electronic Communications
By creating an account, requesting beta access, joining a waitlist, purchasing a plan, or using rhemavā, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your account, use of the service, beta access, billing, security, legal notices, and service operations.
You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing, unless applicable law requires a different method.
Retention of Tracking and Analytics Data
We may retain cookie, tracking, analytics, and log data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, measure performance, improve the product, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and the provider involved.
26. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer and Responsible AI Terms
rhemavā uses artificial intelligence, automated analysis, natural language processing, speech technologies, scoring logic, and coaching frameworks to simulate interviews, analyze user responses, generate feedback, identify patterns, and help users improve interview performance.
For purposes of these Terms, “AI Outputs” means any content, result, score, transcript, summary, analysis, recommendation, coaching message, readiness indicator, ranking, label, pattern detection, explanation, question, prompt, or other output generated or assisted by artificial intelligence, automation, scoring logic, speech processing, or related technologies.
Nature of AI Outputs
AI Outputs are generated by automated systems.
They may be based on:
- Your spoken answers
- Your written answers
- Interview transcripts
- Audio characteristics
- Session context
- Interview questions
- User profile information
- Role-specific expectations
- Platform scoring logic
- Prompting systems
- Coaching frameworks
- Historical usage or progress data
- Third-party AI model outputs
- Speech-processing outputs
AI Outputs are intended to support interview practice, self-reflection, coaching, and learning.
They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, objective, fair, current, reliable, or appropriate for your specific circumstances.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
You acknowledge that AI Outputs may contain:
- Errors
- Omissions
- Misinterpretations
- Incomplete analysis
- Incorrect assumptions
- Inaccurate transcripts
- Inconsistent scoring
- Overgeneralized feedback
- Outdated guidance
- Biases
- Hallucinations
- Technical defects
- Irrelevant recommendations
- Unsuitable coaching
- Incorrect role expectations
- Misread tone or confidence signals
You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and applying your own judgment before relying on any AI Output.
No Employment, Hiring, or Career Decision-Making
rhemavā is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, background screening provider, assessment vendor, immigration consultant, legal advisor, HR advisor, or career placement agency.
rhemavā does not make hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, credentialing, disciplinary, immigration, or employment decisions.
AI Outputs are not official employment assessments and should not be treated as a definitive measure of your qualifications, competence, communication ability, employability, leadership ability, project delivery ability, or job readiness.
Unless we agree in writing, you may not use rhemavā as an official hiring tool, candidate screening tool, employment assessment tool, workplace performance tool, promotion tool, or employee evaluation system.
No Guarantee of Results
rhemavā does not guarantee:
- Interview invitations
- Job offers
- Employment
- Promotions
- Salary increases
- Certification success
- Career advancement
- Employer approval
- Recruiter responses
- Immigration outcomes
- Performance improvement
- Confidence improvement
- Communication improvement
- Any specific professional, financial, or personal result
Interview success depends on many factors outside our control, including your experience, preparation, job market conditions, employer preferences, role fit, resume quality, communication style, timing, network, interview panel, competition, and decision-making by third parties.
Coaching and Educational Use Only
rhemavā provides practice, coaching, educational support, and self-improvement tools.
AI Outputs are not professional advice.
AI Outputs should not be relied on as legal, financial, immigration, employment, HR, medical, psychological, therapeutic, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
You should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
Transcript and Voice Analysis Limitations
rhemavā may use speech-to-text, voice processing, transcription, audio playback, and other speech technologies.
Transcripts and voice-related analysis may be affected by:
- Background noise
- Microphone quality

Scoring and Readiness Indicators
Any score, readiness percentage, ranking, label, rating, badge, progress indicator, or performance category provided by rhemavā is for practice and coaching purposes only.
Scores are not scientific, clinical, official, employer-approved, regulator-approved, or universally applicable.
Scores may vary between sessions and may change as the platform evolves.
You should not interpret a high score as a guarantee that you will perform well in a real interview.
You should not interpret a low score as a definitive statement that you are unqualified, unemployable, or incapable.
Human Judgment Required
You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use AI Outputs.
You agree not to rely solely on rhemavā to make career, employment, financial, immigration, legal, or professional decisions.
You should review AI Outputs critically and apply your own judgment, experience, and context.
User Responsibility for Inputs
The quality of AI Outputs depends heavily on the quality of your inputs.
You are responsible for ensuring that your answers, recordings, profile information, role selections, and other inputs are accurate, lawful, complete, and appropriate.
If your inputs are incomplete, unclear, misleading, exaggerated, inaccurate, confidential, or unlawful, AI Outputs may also be incomplete, misleading, inaccurate, or inappropriate.
No Duty to Review AI Outputs
We may, but are not required to, monitor, review, edit, correct, remove, or validate AI Outputs.
We do not undertake a duty to manually review every transcript, recording, score, recommendation, session, or coaching output.
You are responsible for notifying us if you believe an AI Output is harmful, inaccurate, unlawful, or inappropriate.
Responsible Use by Users
You agree not to use rhemavā or AI Outputs to:
- Misrepresent your qualifications
- Fabricate experience
- Create false employment history
- Impersonate another person
- Deceive employers, recruiters, clients, or institutions
- Generate unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content
- Violate confidentiality obligations
- Copy proprietary interview questions from employers or third parties
- Reverse-engineer rhemavā’s prompts, scoring logic, rubrics, or coaching systems
- Build or improve a competing AI interview product
- Conduct official candidate assessments without written permission
- Make automated employment decisions about others
Sensitive and Confidential Information
You should not include highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, proprietary, or third-party information in your interview answers unless you have the legal right to do so.
This includes:
- Employer confidential information
- Client information
- Trade secrets
- Coworker or manager personal information
- Candidate information
- Internal business information
- Government identifiers
- Financial account details
- Health information
- Legal claims
- Privileged communications
- Information subject to non-disclosure agreements
If you discuss workplace examples, you should anonymize names, companies, clients, systems, internal metrics, and confidential details.
AI System Changes
rhemavā’s AI systems, prompts, scoring logic, evaluation criteria, coaching frameworks, interview flows, transcripts, and feedback methods may change over time.
As a result, AI Outputs may differ between sessions, users, dates, plans, or product versions.
We may modify, improve, remove, replace, or discontinue AI features at any time.
No Obligation to Explain Proprietary Scoring Logic
We may provide general explanations of feedback, scoring categories, and coaching recommendations.
However, we are not required to disclose proprietary prompts, scoring formulas, evaluation weights, internal rubrics, model configurations, system instructions, ranking mechanisms, or product logic.
AI Safety and Abuse Prevention
We may use automated or manual methods to detect, prevent, investigate, or address abuse, fraud, security threats, prompt injection, harmful use, excessive usage, prohibited content, attempts to extract system instructions, attempts to bypass safeguards, or violations of these Terms.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe your use creates legal, security, operational, reputational, or platform-integrity risk.
AI Provider Limitations
AI features may depend on third-party AI providers.
Third-party AI providers may experience outages, latency, content filtering, rate limits, model changes, policy changes, degraded performance, or technical failures.
We are not responsible for third-party AI provider failures, delays, restrictions, model behaviour, or output quality except to the extent required by applicable law.
Reporting Concerns
If you believe an AI Output is inaccurate, unsafe, biased, inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful, you may contact us at [email protected].
We may review reports at our discretion and may modify, remove, or improve features where appropriate.
27. Security, Data Protection, and Incident Response
We take reasonable administrative, technical, physical, and organizational measures designed to protect rhemavā, User Content, account information, interview recordings, transcripts, scoring data, billing information, and other information processed through the service.
However, no method of transmission, processing, storage, hosting, encryption, authentication, vendor management, cloud infrastructure, or internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
By using rhemavā, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with using an internet-based AI, voice, transcription, and cloud-hosted service.
Security Measures
Depending on the feature, data type, provider, and stage of product development, rhemavā may use security measures such as:
- Encryption in transit
- Encryption at rest where appropriate
- Access controls
- Authentication controls
- Role-based access restrictions
- Administrative access limitations
- Logging and monitoring
- Secure cloud infrastructure
- Vendor security review
- Backup controls
- Abuse detection
- Fraud-prevention controls
- Technical safeguards
- Organizational policies
- Confidentiality obligations
- Data minimization practices

We may update, change, improve, or replace security measures over time as the service evolves.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.
You agree to:
- Use accurate account information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Use a strong password where applicable
- Not share your account
- Not allow others to access your account
- Use secure devices and networks
- Log out when using shared devices
- Keep your browser and operating system updated
- Protect your email account
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access
- Not attempt to bypass security controls
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your account, device, email, password, browser, network, or login credentials, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Account Access and Administrative Access
Authorized rhemavā personnel, contractors, or service providers may access account information, User Content, recordings, transcripts, scores, logs, or technical data where reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the service
- Troubleshoot issues
- Respond to support requests
- Investigate bugs
- Improve reliability
- Detect fraud or abuse
- Protect users
- Maintain security
- Enforce these Terms
- Comply with legal obligations
We aim to limit access to those who have a legitimate need.
Security Logs and Monitoring
We may collect and review security logs, system logs, access logs, error logs, authentication logs, usage logs, and other technical data to:
- Operate the service
- Detect unauthorized access
- Prevent abuse
- Investigate incidents
- Maintain platform integrity
- Debug technical issues
- Improve security
- Comply with legal obligations
- Enforce these Terms
Security and technical logs may be retained for a reasonable period, even after account deletion, where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or operational reasons.
Vulnerability Testing and Prohibited Security Activity
You may not probe, scan, test, attack, bypass, disable, overload, interfere with, or attempt to compromise rhemavā’s systems, networks, infrastructure, security controls, authentication systems, APIs, AI safeguards, prompts, scoring systems, or third-party provider integrations.
You may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Use automated scraping tools
- Extract data at scale
- Conduct penetration testing without written permission
- Circumvent rate limits
- Bypass payment controls
- Access another user’s account
- Interfere with recordings or transcripts
- Inject malicious prompts or code
- Attempt to reveal system prompts or hidden instructions
- Reverse-engineer scoring systems
- Upload malware
- Abuse APIs or endpoints
- Use the service to attack another system
If you identify a security issue, you must report it responsibly to [email protected] and must not disclose it publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.
Backups
We may maintain backups for business continuity, disaster recovery, security, legal, and operational purposes.
Backups may include account information, User Content, transcripts, recordings, logs, configuration data, and other service-related information.
If you request deletion of your account or User Content, some information may remain in backups until those backups are deleted, overwritten, or expire through normal backup cycles.
We are not required to immediately delete information from backups where doing so is technically impractical, operationally unreasonable, or inconsistent with security, legal, or compliance obligations.
Security Incidents
A security incident may include unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, destruction, compromise, or suspected compromise of information, systems, accounts, vendors, infrastructure, or security safeguards.
If we become aware of a security incident, we may take steps such as:
- Investigating the incident
- Containing the incident
- Securing affected systems
- Suspending affected accounts
- Resetting passwords or credentials
- Notifying affected users
- Notifying regulators where required
- Notifying service providers where appropriate

- AI systems will never produce unsafe outputs
- Recordings or transcripts will never be affected by errors
- The service will always be secure or available
- Backups will always be complete
- Security controls will detect every threat
- Data transmissions will always be private or uninterrupted
You use rhemavā at your own risk, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
We may use backup, restoration, monitoring, and recovery procedures designed to support continuity of service.
However, we do not guarantee that data will always be recoverable, that service will be restored within a specific timeframe, or that no data will be lost during outages, incidents, failures, migrations, or maintenance.
Data Retention for Security and Compliance
We may retain certain data where reasonably necessary for:
- Security
- Fraud prevention
- Abuse prevention
- Legal compliance
- Accounting
- Tax obligations
- Billing disputes
- Chargebacks
- Enforcement of Terms
- Investigation of misuse
- Litigation holds
- Backup restoration
- Platform integrity
This may include retaining certain logs, records, billing data, support communications, account activity, or limited User Content after account closure or deletion requests, where permitted or required by law.
Enterprise or Team Security Terms
If rhemavā later offers business, team, school, enterprise, or organization plans, additional security, privacy, data-processing, confidentiality, service-level, or administrative terms may apply.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement between rhemavā and an organization, the signed written agreement will govern to the extent of the conflict.

28. Disclaimers
rhemavā is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, availability, non-infringement, and error-free operation.
We do not warrant that:
- The service will meet your expectations
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI outputs will be accurate or complete
- Scores will reflect real-world interview performance
- Transcripts will be accurate
- Feedback will be suitable for your situation
- Defects will be corrected
- The service will produce any specific career outcome
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
29. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, rhemavā, Oaktreeuni, 12418011 Canada Inc., and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Special damages
- Consequential damages
- Punitive damages
- Lost profits
- Lost revenue
- Lost job opportunities
- Lost employment opportunities
- Lost data
- Loss of goodwill
- Business interruption
- Interview failure
- Career outcomes
- Errors in AI feedback
- Errors in transcripts
- Service outages
- Third-party provider failures
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to rhemavā will not exceed the greater of:
- CAD $100; or
- The amount you paid to use rhemavā in the three months before the claim arose.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or otherwise.
30. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless rhemavā, Oaktreeuni, 12418011 Canada Inc., and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:
- Your use or misuse of rhemavā
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of law
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Your submission of confidential, unlawful, or unauthorized information
- Your use of rhemavā outputs in the real world
- Your employment, hiring, interview, or career decisions
31. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or rhemavā will be handled by the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
32. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, website notice, or another reasonable method.
The updated Terms will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of rhemavā after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using rhemavā.
33. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written permission.
We may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, corporate transaction, or by operation of law.
34. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
35. No waiver
If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.
36. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any purchase terms shown at checkout, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding rhemavā.
