These terms govern your use of the rhemavā website and application, a product of OAKKTREEUNII ("rhemavā", "we", "us"). By accessing or using rhemavā you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
rhemavā is currently invite-only and intended for adults (16+). You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. One person per account; don't share credentials.
You keep ownership of the answers and recordings you create. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide and improve the service for you (scoring, coaching, dashboards, and storage), as described in our privacy policy.
rhemavā's scores, narratives and coaching are generated by automated systems and are provided for practice and guidance only. They are not guarantees of interview outcomes or employment, and may contain errors. Use your own judgement.
rhemavā is offered as a beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using rhemavā at any time and request account deletion.
The beta is currently provided at no charge. If we introduce paid plans, we'll present pricing and terms before you're charged.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, rhemavā and OAKKTREEUNII are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any lost opportunities or outcomes arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
